Share when and why you launched your The original construction of homes took place in 1988. There are four phases contained in the community, and as such, there are four Protective Covenants registered with the appropriate County jurisdictional office. The first two covenants were registered in Fulton County and can be found in the Property Record Office Book 1446 Pages 494 thru page 504 and Book 1553 Pages 793 thru 802. In 1992, the jurisdictional authority was transferred to Clayton County and recorded in the appropriate property book. The Protective Covenants can be found in Book 1774 Pages 680 thru 694 and Book 09403 Pages 318 – 331.organization.
