Homeowners are obligated to adhere to the HOA covenants and are subject to fines for non-compliance. There are a few issues that must to be addressed as they are becoming too common in our community. If you need a copy of the covenants, they are available here on this website, or feel free to contact any member of the board of directors.g a big sale, on-site celebrity, or other event? Be sure to announce it so everybody knows and gets excited about it.

1.) Please do not have visitors park on the grass, or the street, unless you are hosting a special event. This is a violation of the covenants and repeated violations will result in fines.

2.) Keep up with the needed repairs on the exterior of your home:

* Pressure wash and painting exterior

* Repair gutters

* Maintain mailbox

3.) Yards are to be properly maintained at all times:

* Cut grass regularly

* Treat for weeds

* Trim shrubs and hedges

* Keep beds neatly trimmed and free of overgrown grass and weeds

* Trim shrubs or bushes at mailboxes and driveways to avoid  overhang in street
